I love the people that works at this pharmacy ! I was only using it for my dogs prescriptions the past year I had some bad health issues that required medication I could only get at a pharmacy ( cancer pain meds etc) Now I decided to just swap my drugs too, mainly bc the pharmacist here is incredibly nice ! ( Elizabeth?) there are 2 pharmacists and they’re both amazing!
01/01/2025, at the CVS inside of the Homewood Target Store, 531 Brookwood Village, Homewood, AL, we ALWAYS are treated so very well, friendly, promptly, and professionally by Elizabeth, Shelby, and Alexus. Yesterday, 12/31/24, Elizabeth called us (on the telephone) and explained our prescriptions to us, and a question we had about what our health insurance covers, and Elizabeth also wondered if we had a good Christmas and she told us to have a Happy New Year. The best experience at a pharmacy I ever had. Kind, helpful and very professional.
After being a loyal cvs shopper for most of my adult life, gotta move on with the closure of clairmont- lord knows I’ve tried, having transferred my family’s rx to target/brookwood/. The folks there are great! Just uninformed and cvs corporate dropped the ball on transitioning prescriptions to our new “forced on us” location. Very frustrating as you can’t get anyone on the phone and considering distance for me, well, it’s just stinking frustrating.
