Horrible horrible horrible customer service. The male worker in the front working the desk clearly didn’t want to be there and while we all have bad days, compassion is so necessary. Some people are fresh off procedures being done and are in excruciating pain. And btw having someone call whomever to see if fraud was being committed for antibiotics is insane. It's November 30th 2022 and I usually don't do this, but I have to tell about my experience today. I go to the CVS pharmacy in Dorchester at South Bay plaza on Allstate road. Today I tried calling the pharmacy to see if my prescription was ready. After waiting on the phone for quite a while I went down to see if it was ready in person and when I got there there was a line of about 15 people deep.
