Uses clunky AI for phone calls - first gentlemen at the drive-through window literally said I’m so confused. I’m too flustered and walked away. Second person was helpful, I was a little irritated after my second time being told to come back in 10 minutes and we’ll have your Rx ready to then be told jk we don’t have it in stock.
Ryan Pell and the pharmacy team at the CVS in the Exton Target are the best! So helpful, I will go to that store in the future
We have been going to CVS in Target (Sunrise Blvd) for many years, because the pharmacists treat us like we are their lifelong patients and friends. Both Vinutha and Ryan (and previously Jim Graham) are truly concerned with our wellbeing and always ask how everyone in the family is doing. In fact, Vinutha made it a point to encourage my husband to seek medical attention for an issue that she was concerned about, and we are glad she did! We are so lucky to have two awesome medical professionals watching over our family.
Ryan was amazing at the flu clinic @ Exton Target -CVS. he got us in quickly, worked efficiently, and did it all with a friendly smile. Really appreciated his great attitude and excellent service!
