Went to the minute clinic...very friendly staff...pharmacy department too!
This particular location always seems to have customer service issues. I guess I need to drive to another location to be treated decently. I would not recommend this location for anything now. Go to Rite Aid or Walgreens. They are more professional and ethical than this CVS.
Five of us standing at the register to check out. Not a cashier in sight. We all waited quite awhile. There was a girl putting up stock, we ask her, she couldn't check us out without the manager's key. She calls the manager, he finally comes out, calls for the cashier overhead. The cashier finally comes out of the back. Neither the manager nor the cashier offered one apology for the wait we had!
We are frequent shoppers @ CVS. Also many of the families in our ministry, so we are here a lot! All of the employees from cashiers to pharmacy always go above and beyond to help. We also use their inhouse clinic with wonderful results! Thankful they're less than a mile from our home!
