Waited on hold for about 20 minutes to speak to the pharmacist all so she could tell me that its a day before thanksgiving and they are slammed. Did not let me finish talking, didn't confirm if my prescription was even received. I work in healthcare too, & very busy too. The attitude is totally unacceptable.
We’ve been going here for years. Yes, it’s a busy pharmacy because it’s inside Target; there’s often a line, but that’s part of the convenience of shopping while picking up prescriptions. The staff is beyond friendly; they’ve looked up coupons for me, helped fix insurance issues, and are very gentle with vaccines.
Made an online vaccination appointment. Everything went smoothly.
There’s always a line and it takes much longer than a normal CVS pharmacy to check out. For example, they have an issue scanning the computer screen for some transactional step. When there are staff most of them are filling and not helping with pick up, so customers cannot get their meds. Really needs more staff running the counters, new management and approach.
