This pharmacy needs to do something to improve their efficiency. Always busy and always backed up. To top it, they are open for limited hours, closing by 6:30pm on weekdays and 5pm on weekends. It feels like they are mostly operating with temporary staff who clearly have zero experience in managing heavy foot traffic. Time to hire some permanent staff!
This was a 5* pharmacy until they lost their manager, Stanley. Ever since he left on 8/1/26 dealing with all these "floater" pharmacists has become a nightmare! The information provided by them is inconsistent, and has caused many problems, when I've never had any before. The floater staff is unhelpful and prefers to wait until the day I'm supposed to pickup my Rx to order it.. smh. Common sense is no longer common and neither is basic courtesy. Please hire a decent manager, and train your floaters so they can provide a stan... read more

Always backed up and long delays to pickup even after prescriptions are ready to pick up.
