I would give this place a 0 if I could. I was there last night and it took forever to get service and the pharmacist had earbuds in! I’m really hoping my RX is right!
The pharmacist on duty was more concerned with making me aware that I had walked in 30 minutes before her lunchtime than answering my questions about the prescriptions with empathy. Coincidentally, I watched her leave the pharmacy area with her lunch 10 minutes early. Not impressed with the service experience. “There is no such thing as a dumb question.”
I am so glad that as of today I have changed my prescriptions to another Pharmacy. The last straw was last week when I had an issue with them ( it was their error). I was trying to make sense of how this issue happened because it wasn't the first time and I needed to know a solution to the problem. The girl had enough of me on the phone and just hung up on me. That was it! I could just see if I had ever treated a patient that way. New pharmacy already has such better PR and phone etiquette. I guess I can thank the nastiness ... read more
