I have never been to a pharmacy so unwilling to help. The younger blonde guy with blue eyes and glasses who claims to be the manager lacked all customer service skills. I ran out of serious medication that I have gotten filled by CVS for the last three years. I called the pharmacy to ask if they can check which locations have the rabies vaccine in stock (a graduate school requirement), and one lady replied and said "we don't have it in stock, try calling the wildlife center." Um no, I am calling to get a vaccine for myself, not for an animal. I know cvs carries the the rabies vaccine because my peers have gotten the rabies vaccine before at cvs, and the employee who answered my call deliberately lied to me and told me to go get my rabies vaccine at the wildlife center. I come here once in a while only for the urgent needs but the last 2 visits were extraordinary, thanks to a nicest human being working here. His name is Charles and he welcomed everyone with a smile and helped whoever he can even if it was busy sometimes. Just because of him, I will be coming back to this location again and I really hope the CVS management will appreciate his kindness and service. God bless, Charles!
They don’t value costumer time, 3rd time I come to pick up my prescription and nothing.
