Very disappointing experience. CVS said my insurance didn’t cover my prescription, yet other pharmacies had no issue processing it. On top of that, the pharmacist did not provide a consultation or explanation. Overall felt like poor service and lack of care.
I love coming to this CVS Pharmacy because everyone that works here is so nice. When you call the pharmacy you won't get a real person but you can get a call back and they always call back within the allotted time.
I go to the CVS that’s in Target in San Antonio Texas and the staff is impeccable. They make sure that I understand everything about my prescription and they’re very friendly unhelpful. Thank you so much. This visit last week was to get my flu shot and the nurse gave it to me. I felt nothing and my arm was not sore at all and I didn’t even bruise so that’s why I love the CVS. They are so good And care about the people who come there thank you
