I keep getting emails thanking me for going to a certain CVS. I have not entered any of those stores that keep emailing me. I’ve spoken to several managers and several employees that someone is using my name and phone number. Yet not any of these times has anybody done anything about this. I have spoken to three pharmacist and numerous department heads or store managers Including Customer Service. If you can’t handle such a simple task, why would I trust any of my prescriptions given to CVS?

Very disappointing experience. CVS said my insurance didn’t cover my prescription, yet other pharmacies had no issue processing it. On top of that, the pharmacist did not provide a consultation or explanation. Overall felt like poor service and lack of care.
