This past Sunday at 3pm, I pulled up to the drive thru to pick up my rx. I was ignored there for 15 minutes, even though I pressed the call button twice. I understand being really busy, but you guys could have acknowledged me, or asked me to come in, or say something! Instead, I was left to sit there wondering what was going on, looking like a fool!
