My dr sent over a prescription early in the morning and it was close to closing time when I called to see if it was done to go it because it was something I can't go with out they kept me on hold till closing time and told me I would have to come the next day and pick it up at 9 when they open I was already pissed I had the dr send it just so I could have it for the next morning and they screwed me the lady on the phone told me oh were closed now I asked if they could transfer it to west main and she says no we cant do that ... read more
This pharmacy is ALWAYS a hot mess. You are always in line forever, sooooo slow. I have to bring paper prescriptions from my doctors office because they never receive the ones that are faxed in. I HATE coming to this location. Will drive to campus from now on.
The people who work here are very unprofessional it took me four to get my prescription and even though my doctor clearly told them no substitution on my epiduo gel and they we're still trying to get it for the generic name! If this is how you fill out patients prescriptions then I will just be going to the one over on howards st.
