As a health care provider - impossible to reach a pharmacist. Line kept ringing and then forwarded to the pharmacist voicemail that was full - so there was NO way for me to get in touch with their team. I even tried getting a hold of them through front store associates who were helpful but dealt with the same cycle over and over. Completely unacceptable.
Honestly the pharmacy staff here are great, very kind, and surprisingly efficient given the patient load. They could easily care less but I’m grateful they don’t
