Sometimes the wait time is too overly long. But they are a great and friendly team!
Every CVS I’ve ever gone to, has rude/Dismissive/lack of caring/Order errors, staff etc. Rarely ever do I leave a negative review for a business, but I am so tired of the lack of good customer service, even basic/good customer service with CVS. From the lack of a friendly greeting, to dismissive interaction, to no thank you/have a good day at the end, It leaves one feeling unappreciated and Bother. I included a photo as proof that I was there.
Easily scheduled vaccine appointment online. Check in was just as easy. Received my vaccine within minutes of check-in. Highly recommend CVS for vaccinations. My state registry info has always been updated promptly.
