30 minute wait for 1 ready pick up. Another customer was snarky to me, and the tech felt like she should yell at me for responding to said snarky customer. Tech was stuck with a vaccine patient for 20 min while we all waited in line. Pharmacist helped only after the direction of the tech. Need more staff and training on patient flow when you have vaccine appointments. It always is a hot mess unless Jenny the pharmacist is working. Been a customer over 15 years not excited to ever come back.
At CVS TARGET ALWAYS GREAT. We always get of vaccine shots here, and love TARGET, HATE WAL-MART
