The pharmacist refused to give me my prescription for Vitamin D, because I do not want to touch their dirty self service screen. I even placed my state ID on the table - but that wasnt enough. I asked if they were refusing to fill my script, Renee replied to that statement three times with "your being uncooperative". Although I was calm and collected, but sensed that her next step (with this "uncooperative customer" was to call the police). As such, I left, without my prescription and called corporate. Never again! Will I use this pharmacy… I’m sorry, but I just automatically assumed that PRIVACY and CONFIDENTIALITY were core values and essential principles to be followed by the entire medical community, not just ACTUAL Doctors. Apparently, taking classes online, at night, for a certification, means you do not have to abide by the same rules and regulations, such as those that hold an actual medical degree.
