Fast to prepare your prescription, nice staff.
As a healthcare provider I have found that the staff here have taken great care of my patients. The pharmacist Karen has gone above and beyond to resolve issues with insurance to make sure that pts can receive medications in a timely manner. I would highly recommend!
Horrible customer service. They see me waiting in line for 10 minutes and don't say anything and then when I am up next they tell me they are closing for lunch in 2 minutes so I can't drop off a script. I didn't expect them to fill it right then and there but at least should have been able to drop off the script to pick up later.
CVS is a terrible pharmacy, but compared to walmart, walgreens, and kingsoopers pharmacies in the area, this CVS is a much better option. As a location the store and staff are great. They're friendly, helpful, and things are always on time. As a corporate entity, CVS needs to do some restructuring and probably fire a lot of decision makers.
