Whoever just called me back about my inquiry of a script being in stock was unnecessarily rude. Idc if your a lab geek or front desk cashier , customer service goes a long way so when I asked if he may have known any other CVS pharmacies that may have medication in stock replying with “if I did I would’ve sent my other 30 plus patients there already who are also waiting” - dude give me a break that didn’t need that type of response a simple “unfortunately I do not” would have been fine. CVS is the only pharmacy I use for all my Rx's and usually get them delivered. They make is very easy and always let you know when the Rx is ready. You can order on line or in the app. They also let you know when you need to call your doctor for a refill. I love shopping at CVS and getting my items delivered also.
This store is a miserable place to deal with. They do not prioritize their customers even when they make mistakes. They do not care about your time and some, but not all, of the pharmacy staff have attitudes. It seems to be an issue with CVS in general, as I have had issues with other locations as well, though not to the extent I have had here. It is sad that Rite Aid is gone now. I enjoy their automated pharmacy system. I feel as though our local pharmacy have a lot going on right now and appreciate their efficiency
