This pharmacy is always a problem. The problem starts with the awful website that is always full of bugs. Usually the staff is nice if they have to be brought into the situation. The woman at the window today never cracked a smile and looked like she wanted to be anywhere else but at CVS. She had not been briefed about the incorrectly filled prescription and had to obtain permission to give me the refund I had already negotiated by phone the day before. CVS is shocking arrogant. You have instituted a policy to delay filling prescriptions with zero knowledge of the condition being treated or having seen the patient. You think you know more than then surgeon. In my case CVS delayed filling Tramadol for 2 weeks. I had a right knee total replacement followed 3.5 months later with a left knee total replacement and manipulation under full anesthesia. I arrived at 4:55pm, to pick up two RX's that you have been sending text notices on. I was not able to get here any sooner. One of RX's was incorrect. I advised them. Cashier told me that they would look into it tomorrow and I could come back then. I am working out of town. So unable to pick up until later on.
