Great pharmacy
I WANTED TO SPEAK WITH THE PHARMACIST ABOUT MY MEDS AND I COULD NOT GET PAST THE STUPID MACHINE THEY HAVE ANSWERING. I COULD LEAVE A MESSAGE BUT WHO KNOWS WHEN I WOULD GET A CALL BACK. I SHOULD HAVE JUST SAID I WAS A DOCTOR THEN I WOULD GET THROUGH. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Horrible experience today 1/19/26. Girl at drive-through window told me my prescription wasn’t ready and that it would be an hour. 2 hours later I went back and was told that it wasn’t ready and that it would be an hour. I told her that I had been told that 2 hours prior and she told me that I had not gone through the drive-through because she had been there and she did not see me. So basically she called me a liar. The pharmacy tech "Mel" was so incredibly rude to me. She asked for my name and date of birth but kept cutting me off. I tried to explain that I needed a specific manufacturer and she continued to cut me of again and again. She talked to me like I was stupid child. She also told me she can't see in my record the type of pill I had been getting, but then when I started asking questions she got frustrated and it turns out she COULD see it.
