One of your pharmacy techs Rachel is a bitch and if I come to get my prescription, I will request to work with someone else if she is at the counter. CVS, as a company, is great (4 stars). However, the one closest to me is horrific. They have been no end of problems, to the point that I am willing to go to one further away, just to avoid having to deal with the pharmacy staff at this one. They have created and drawn out problems with my son's medication over the last THREE MONTHS. IOW, once they create a problem for you, don't count on them EVER fixing it. Period.
