One of the worse experiences I have had at a pharmacy - let’s preface by saying I’m 9 months pregnant. Called automated service to refill my blood pressure medication (like I have many times before) on a Sunday, said it would be completed that day by 2 pm. I go in in Tuesday to pick up - when I finally get to the front of the line, which took 30 minutes, I was told the “automated system doesn’t work.” Excuse me???
