The pharmacy team is great, the automated phone service is a frustrating waste of time. Just go in person to this CVS to drop off your script, calling will end up having to leave a voicemail, which leaves you without any type of confirmation your order was received.
CVS is, without a doubt, the pharmacy of choice (in my mind). I trust them, I appreciate them, and I am greeted by name when I go there.
Not giving the whole establishment a one star just one guy. Shakri. He was very condescending and kind of just threw my prescription on the counter and pushed it towards me. Same with the receipt, and this have never happened to me with any one else working at any other CVS. Again very condescending and poor behavior for a CVS. But I like everyone else just not that guy
The ladies working were nice and tried to help with a dye prescription and were nice enough to call another cvs pharmacy to transfer my kiddos meds to get the dye free option. She said the other store had it. They didn’t. CVS needs to carry dye free medication at all locations.
