They lose prescriptions all the time and can’t keep track of anything at the cvs on Amherst I have had 2 prescriptions lost in 2 weeks worst cvs to go to now my daughter has to suffer even more at two weeks old because of this place they need new workers ! They didn’t even have the medicine ready after 24 hours !
I use to go here for years. The price was always different depending on who cashed you out. or had to remind them to use the coupon because at the time I didn't have insurance. Then my script was changed and they told me they didn't carry it and wouldn't order it for me. I also got insurance at that time. So I went to Wal-Greens because they carried my medicine even though it was out of my way. I never had a problem with them the last year. This CVS Pharmacy is completely disorganized. I have not had a single good experience here. My child’s prescription was dropped off today and was told it will be a 45 minute wait. Okay, no big deal. An hour later you go back and are told it will be at least another hour and 45 minutes. Considering half of their customers live 30 minutes or more away it’s a little more than a nuisance. I love the drive through but, they lack communication and procrastinate on filling medications. I dropped off the prescriptions and they took copies of my grandsons insurance at 10:45am. At 5 oclock my husband went there on his way home from work and it still wasnt done and they wanted the insurance info again. My husband had to get out of the drive through line and go inside. Took two days to fill one scription and I cannot get anyone on the phone to see if its done yet..Worst Pharmacy ever
Usually this cvs isn't too bad, but today was ridiculous. My Dr. Called in a prescription, I was told it would be about 30. I waited in my car for half hour, then went to the drive through to pick it up. Waited in line at the drive through for 10 min! Only to find out the person who told me it would be ready in a half hour forgot to file the script and it hadn't even been started! Had to come back again and wait in a slow drove through line again. This is very poor customer service!
Some of the cashiers there are very rude and when you ask a question or they have to explain a new policy to you they look at you like you're stupid and act like you're bothering them. This is the 2nd time with that Jen girl. I voiced my concern to a "manager" who instead of trying to make things better just said that she was standing right there and it didn't seem that way to her.
