I purchased my pharmaceuticals from the pharmacy where I received a receipt that showed savings on various items. I picked up a large bottle of Listerene mouthwash and gave the receipt to the clerk. The clerk scanned the receipt that activated the discount. But it didn’t shiw up on the bottom line. I was told that I failed to provide my phone number to the pharmacy that would have made getting the discount possible. Really? Why wouldn’t the clerk at the pharmacy ask me to input my phone number?
