I purchased my pharmaceuticals from the pharmacy where I received a receipt that showed savings on various items. I picked up a large bottle of Listerene mouthwash and gave the receipt to the clerk. The clerk scanned the receipt that activated the discount. But it didn’t shiw up on the bottom line. The CVS online vaccination booking application sucks. I attempted to book a covid vaccination for when I return home next. When I attempted to enter my home zip code it kept using my current location 1000s of miles away from any CVS to find a pharmacy. In the end I was not able to book an appointment.
Leaving this pharmacy with a huge smile on my face and hope for humanity and kindness restored! I came in for a vaccination and did not have my most recent insurance card. I thought I was out of luck, but the pharmacist sat on hold with the insurance company and ultimately got my subscriber ID for me. She was so committed to helping me. I'm truly in awe of her kindness and willingness to go above and beyond. Thank you!
