CVS prices are highest robbery!!!!!!! The store is fine it's just the PRICES.
Better service in pharmacy, whatever it takes. Changing employees, more employees. Better something. I don't like the automated man giving me all the choices, I just want to talk to someone in pharmacy.
I will never visit the cvs in horn lake, ms again. I have a video where I had to wait almost 4 minutes while 3 employees discussed what the wanted at lunch. I went to pick up my prescription the day before at 5:45 and was told to come back in and hour which I did. They closed at 6!!!!!!! They were rude and still didn't have my meds the next day when I returned. I called my dr and had it moved to Walgreens. I will never use CVS again. The pharmacist was named Christian.
If i could give a zero I would. Christian, pharmacy manager, was useless as tits on a hog! I will never fill another prescription here. I have been with this store since it opened. NEVER again!
