Apparently the Pharmacist can override the state laws and cvs laws when a prescription can be refilled. The pill police? I fill my script according to my app. It notifies me when I need a renewal. I call my Doctor. They confirm with me that my script is due for a refill. They send it to CVS with the correct refill date. Verbally berated ( in front of other customer) by pharmacist for asking how long it would take after they erroneously billed my insurance at a different CVS location causing me to wait for over an hour on a vaccination I didn’t receive and not being able to go anywhere else to get the vaccination. I will never use CVS for the rest of my life.
