I call during their pharmacy hours and have to tell the robot 3 TIMES to speak to a person only to have the robot make me leave a voicemail. No ringing, no hold music, and NO PERSON. It's infuriating! I would've just called when it was convenient for me instead of during their hours if I knew I wasn't going to get a hold of a person either way. I hate American pharmacies.
The pharmacist there is rude and ignorant. Also a racist. Now mind you I am a white girl but he looked down at me and said get over it Spanish girl hahaha I’m French and Irish. CVS needs to do something about the pharmacist over here constantly rude to everyone.
The pharmacist, Greg, was arrogant, dismissive, and rude. I have been a repeat customer at this location, but after this experience, I will not be returning. I spent my morning at Urgent Care and was prescribed a simple antibiotic. Because I am pregnant and tend to get yeast infections when taking antibiotics, I explained my concern to the doctor.
