This CVS has been one of my favorite quick stops for years, and I've been ordering photos since 2018 because of the affordable/great quality prints they offer. The employees have always been incredibly kind, and welcoming. In context we are talking about an Epi pen. The incompetence of this individual is frightening. Epi pens are a life saving prescription. This individual should not be working in the health care field behind a counter or with the public. She was not able to provide me with basic information that the windham cvs was able to provide within seconds.
