RecommendedAmazing customer service not only by the young ladies at the register but also by the pharmacist. I’m thinking of completely dropping Kaiser as our pharmacy and switching over to this CVS location!! Thank you for making such a stressful situation where Kaiser Pharmacy completely failed us; to such a quick process on your end as you saw the urgency in getting my father’s insulin filled! I've been waiting here for an hour for a prescription they said would be ready at 2pm. It's 8pm. I'm not the only person in this predicament. 2 stars only because the staff are all very nice but really something has gone very wrong. I've been to other CVS pharmacies. I know this isn't how it's supposed to work.
