Effy is one of the most efficient, pleasant and hardworking pharmacists I have ever met. She ensures our medications are ready and available and she communicates with our doctors and each of us regularly- and she reflects a tremendous work ethic. We are grateful to have her in her neighborhood CVS!
PERFECT JOB FOR ROBOTS TO TAKE OVER because this place is MISTAKE after MISTAKE! Have an incredibly hard time figuring out when prescriptions can be filled. They like to add a few days to the 30 day supply my insurance covers. So for a few days each month I go without my medication. Also, often are out of certain medications. I like how they don't respond. Place sucks.
Effie at the CVS Pharmacy inside Target in Wilmington, MA is a true gem. She knows me by name the second I walk in—sometimes before I’ve even reached the counter—and always goes above and beyond to solve any issue with my prescriptions, no matter how complicated. I needed to switch to this pharmacy because the location I usually go to couldn't get the medicine I needed soon enough. So I used the Wilmington Target CVS. I had left a vm which was returned very quickly. Gentleman was efficient and clear. He called back and sent a text when the pills were ready. Again very quickly. Got to the counter and was immediately acknowledged. I needed to wait a minute as the 2 employees were in the middle of filling orders.
