I've recently had to use this pharmacy a few times and there was only one easy experience out of the probably 3 times I've done so......when you try to call and talk to someone you get voicemail I just don't understand how that is feesable for patrons especially those with medication of urgent need......I understand the influx of business from rite aid closing but this definitely had to be anticipated and you have people that don't know what they are doing working please do better! I think I will be switching my pharmacy
Exceptional and helpful communication at the drive through and from follow up call from Staff.
They do a great job, but with the closing of Rite aid, they need to add another person at the window and and use the second drive thru lane.. the lines are horrible.
For some reason they keep missing that some people have 2 different insurances and not running both insurance for prescriptions. Work insurance/ state insurance for thouse who wonder how someone has 2 insurances.
Friendly and clean and when in person they are very helpful is you have an issue.
