The pharmacy is a joke. Incredibly rude. Blatantly ignores Dr orders. Nobody tells the same story when called out. Repeatedly!!!!

The drive thru. That’s what I don’t like about cvs Pioneer Pkwy. I have a messed up foot and came to the drive thru. The one that’s always slow. Six cars ahead of me, 2 leave and go inside I suppose, 4 left. 10 minutes later it’s still us 4. It took me a total of 30 minutes just to get to the window!! The drive thru at this store is seriously slow.
I don't like being given the run around and prefer being given straight answers. One day, I'm told it's okay for my daughter to have a booth to sell Girl Scout cookies. Then another manager said I had to call corporate. Corporate told me having a booth was up to the Store Manager. Instead of saying yes or no, the store manager says that CVS Corporate says no. Good Grief! Don't ask me to buy anything from you anytime soon. It's bad enough that your pharmacy department no longer accepts Tricare and this giving me the run aroun... read more
