During a pandemic they call to tell me my script is ready only to get there and try to use a coupon mind you... it's was already filled & sitting there) then they tell me they can't fill it til Monday!! But it's sitting there ready for pick up if I wanted to pay FULL price!! NOT happy at all!!!! Now I have to go back out in this madness on Mon smfh but I WILL be going to a different pharmacy!! This is at the Target CVS

It's always the same when the doc called or send in a script it is never filled and oh we don't even have that you could try the one at Target... that one is even further away... this really sucks I tell you ... I will have to file a complaint at HQ about thier filling / script service... how about you deliver it when even you feel like filling the meds... this is Fucked up...

Very irritated with CVS right now. I dropped off my daughters prescription for her antibiotic and was told it would be ready in 1 hour. I called after 2 hours of waiting and was told there were 17 people ahead of me! I was told if I came in and waited it would be quicker but if I didn't it would be another 30 - 45 minutes. Its now been 3 hours and still not ready! I dropped it off at 5:20 and now I'm not even sure it will be done tonight! I've been using CVS for 10+ years and think its time for a change.
