I went to the doctor in Jamestown, but there are no pharmacies open late in town, so I had the prescription called into CVS. I drove the 20 something miles to CVS, waited in a SLOW drive through line and was told that they hadn't had time to fill it, come back in 20 minutes. I drove to Little Caesars, bought a pizza, got back in the car and drove to KFC and got dinner for the Mrs. Drove back to CVS, 20 minutes is over, but I am back in line. This is hands down the worst pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with. They agreed to offer a delivery service to Cedarville University for the students without cars. Twice now my daughter has ran out of thyroid medicine because they tell her they’re delivering & don’t. I have my card on file to just charge, fill, & deliver. It’s taken an average of 6 calls and 1.5 weeks to get a simple refill on 2 different occasions. The staff are rude and incompetent. They have no idea what they’re doing or how to help you.
