Shopping cart smash my brand new car
This is horrible. .they have 7 people behind the Pharmacy counter, yet only 1 who can help you..i am usually there picking up for an elderly woman and always working within a time frame. I can never get in and out in under 10 minutes....i am usually only picking up 1 rx....this is crazy...the drive up is usually not any better either.
Another rant about this store. They are actually put out when I drop off 5 prescriptions. It was either that or be admitted to the hospital. Instead of saying "it's going to be at least a half hour" with an attitude, how about trying a bit of empathy and say I'm sorry we're really busy it's going to be half hour. Believe me we don't want to be here as much as you don't seem to want us here!
If I could give this pharmacy negative stars I would. Zero should be an option. Today I was put on hold for an hour just to be hung up,on. If I were not at home with a sick child I would've gone in, but wanted to make sure it was ready.......which of course it was not. So it took far longer than it should have. I will not be going to this pharmacy again.
I would give this pharmacy no stars if I could. ..had three scripts for my son who's dr called them in ..I gave them two hours ..they told me it will take more time when I got there. .so gave them another hour during snow storm..go back they say no insurance card...my son has had same insurance company is whole 7 years of life...so they have everything about him ..but that...yea ok .I will never go back to CVS PHARMACY. ...WALGREENS IS SO GREAT NEVER HAVE TO WAIT ....FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL PPL.A
