Absolutely horrible customer service. I’ve been waiting for at least 40 minutes and my pickup is still not ready. There are multiple people waiting outside and still no one is responding and the phone number is an automated robot not a human. It says they close at 5pm and it’s 3:20 and there’s no one here. Even filled in the iPad that’s available and it has done nothing. Ridiculous.

Excellent experience - as a new customer, I was able to verify the prescription had been received over their automated phone system. I also left a voicemail with a question. They called back within 20 minutes to answer the question and to make sure the prescription was in stock before I made the trip over. The person I talked with was professional, friendly, and very helpful.
The pharmacists are very friendly and helpful.
