I recently had an issue with my prescription being sent to the wrong pharmacy and had to get it moved to CVS. I was having issues because the other pharmacy would not respond. I was able to get the help of the pharmacist Azza at CVS and she was very kind and helpful to me. She went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and I really appreciate her service.
On 3/7/26 I had a concerning experience with the pharmacy manager, Azza, at this CVS pharmacy. I left a voicemail that morning requesting a callback regarding prescription refills, and Azza returned my call at 10:11 a.m., telling me my prescriptions could be ready later that day. I arrived around 5:50 p.m. and was initially told two prescriptions would not be ready until the next day because the pharmacy was about to close, despite being told earlier they would be ready on 3/7/26.
