This was my friend today. They should be ashamed!! So I went to the CVS drive through clinic to get my 3rd Covid test. Even if I don’t have every symptom, I have to take it seriously because my body responds differently than the average person. So I pull up to the window and the pharmacy tech starts prepping my test kit and then sticks it in the tray. Me: “Can you help me with this? the worst customer service ever...
I love my local CVS Pharmacy!
The manager discriminated against my niece, a single mother with a 7 year old. Refused to give her a reasonable schedule and retaliated when she put in her 2 week notice as a result. Shame!
