This pharmacy is a joke. Called to refill my daughters prescription at 10am, went to pick it up at 4pm and it wasn’t ready. There was a problem with the insurance and it needed a prior authorization because I had to have a partial prescription fill last time because they didn’t have enough of the medication. At this point the insurance company and my daughters doctors office was getting ready to close. I was able to get the doctor to rush this through. They always take forever to mix my sons medicine and then today I go and find out they forgot to put it back in the fridge so it's no good. I now have to drive to huber heights today to make sure my son doesn't miss a dose and isn't in pain. I understand accidents happen but it's just one thing after another with this pharmacy.
Worst pharmacy ever! The window girl is an idiot and none of them know how to communicate with each other!
I absolutely LOVE this store. I coupon here quite a bit and YES, I give a lot of them away to refugees and international students. This store makes it so easy for me to help others
