So I'm hunched over the counter in pain just needing to ask a question. Pharmacy staff won't even acknowledge me for over 30min. Now I realize they were helping others but, dont ignore others Here let me help; "Sir, someone will be right with you"... that's called good retail practices. I'm a paying customer who they lost to Walgreens
Signed at the minite clinic and the wait said 1 hour and the person that was supposed to be there when I signed in had not showed up. I wait and get an alert that says we're next in line. We wait and the lady calls the guy who had missed his appt instead. If you missed your appt you should go to the back of the line. So now it's an hour and half wait.
Always helpful and quick. It is rare for me to have to wait more than a couple of minutes.
Tabitha got us in and out quickly! The pharmacy was efficient too.
