Wow I can't believe they can't even answer the phone. I'm trying to get in contact with the pharmacy for about 43 minutes now. I own an independent pharmacy in Campbell,Oh. and we answer our phone. Struthers residents you have a choice.Come see us at Lincoln Knolls Pharmacy where customer service is a premium.
Wow really CVS .. My sister has stage 4 cancer and won’t fill her medicine ridiculous the pharmacist thinks she is above and beyond and could care less that my sister is in insane pain saying she may become addicted ARE U KIDDING ME !! People save your time n get your medicine elsewhere cause those people could care less about you or your loved one.. I need to rant.. I can not stand CVS pharmacy Struthers.. They are rude.. Meds were to be available Sunday.. But no, not even Monday when I called & waited over 35 minutes on hold, hung up & called back..Another 28 minutes on hold..Only to be told sorry I can't fill them,here by myself..Ok,I will pick up tues am.. Guess what, come back Wed.. NO, HELL NO!!! These are not just meds I can say oh I'll miss a dose or 2.. Then eye roll from another girl..2 hours later & 2 other pharmacies,i have meds..Struthers forgot to re order... read more
