2 associates stating that I didn't have insurance, we'll maybe if you did your job and completed everything the night before I wouldn't have to wait over 1.5 hours from the day before the day of pick up. I had one of the most uncomfortable and unprofessional experiences I’ve ever had at this CVS pharmacy. The pharmacist, Summer Trungh, told me my prescription was “not FDA approved” without properly explaining what that meant, then spoke to me in an aggressive and confrontational manner. When I calmly questioned this and asked for clarification, she escalated the situation instead of de-escalating it.
