I want to give a huge shoutout to Abby, the pharmacist at the CVS on Barnes Rd in San Marcos, TX. She is an absolutely amazing professional incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and always friendly. When I switched to a new medical insurance, I went to CVS twice with my new insurance ID number, and unfortunately, no one could figure out why it wasn’t matching in the system. CVS Pharmacy inside Target on Barnes Drive in San Marcos is managed by Casandra, the head pharmacist. She is the most knowledgeable, helpful, caring and friendliest pharmacist I’ve ever encountered. She ensures that I am completely informed about all my medications and the proper way to use them as prescribed by the doctor. I will never go anywhere else for my prescription medication needs. .

The staff is unprofessional and rude. They’re completely unhelpful
The most awful customer service, or lack of. You can NEVER speak to anyone over the phone when calling to check on a prescription because they never answer! So incredibly frustrating, especially when you need a medication that needs to be taken urgently.
