Your pharmacists need an attitude check. I get people are overwhelmed but that is absolutely no reason to be rude and cut people off when they are talking.
Called prescriptions in on Tuesday, was told they would be ready by 7pm Tuesday. It is now Friday....told me one was ready which is one I REALLY NEED. Go to pick it up not 30 min later...Oh our system is down we cant do anything. I AM PISSED. I have never seen a more incompetent pharmacy in my life. If I dont get my scripts TODAY I will be in there and you WILL give me my meds or a print out I can take somewhere else that will actually do what they are supposed to. I took my prescription to CVS as directed by my insurance company. In the past, I have paid $9 for a 90 day supply. My sister called with the information Rite-aide sells it for $15.99 with no insurance. Apparently, it is necessary to check prices to make sure we aren't being gouged.
