This is absolutely frustrating and makes no sense at all. I had only a couple of insulin pen needles left, and my doctor was off and hadn’t been able to renew my prescription yet. It happens situations like this are normal in real life. I went to the pharmacy just to buy needles, and I was told they cannot be sold separately from syringes. The pharmacy doesn’t pick up the phone.
Not much help. Tell you to come back to pick up prescriptions and they don’t have them ready. A waste of time most of the visits here. They don’t value your time
Pharmacists only: they worked slowly, refused to explain anything, and wrongfully denied an in-network prescription twice.
