What a horrid group of people. I had just brought my wife home from the hospital after abdominal surgery today. She was (and is) in serious pain. I dropped her pain prescription at this CVS at 1:20 pm , told the woman the above situation and asked when the prescriptions would be ready. She said they were about to go to lunch. I asked again, when the drugs would be ready, "No later than 4Pm, we will text you". At 4:16 I called and via the automated system learned the prescriptions were ready for pick up.
