Ive been using this particular cvs in target for years. The staff are all wonderful and work hard to ensure your medications are ready on tike and make sure you are in and out as fast as possible. I hope they never change.
I have nothing but good things to say about the specific store in Clarksville (in Target on Veterans Parkway. Everyone behind the counter is very kind, professional and seem to care about each person they interact with. I wish they were open Saturday and Sunday, but by no means is that enough for me to quit going there.
Nothing bad at all to say about the personnel and service. Everyone is very helpful and kind. If I Was able to change one thing. They would be open on Saturday and Sunday. But again I've never had a bad experience there.
I am extremely disappointed with the customer service at the CVS Pharmacy inside Target on Veterans Blvd in Clarksville, IN. Prior to coming to the store, my daughter called over two hours ahead to check whether her prescription had been transferred from the pharmacy in Jeffersonville. Unfortunately, the way Carrie spoke to her was harsh, unprofessional, and completely uncalled for. I don't even know where to begin with this review. The amount of incompetence here is unreal. It's been 2 months and they still can't figure out how to run insurance right so I have to use these discount card things they give out. I apparently had 2 accounts with them so instead of talking to me they took it upon themselves to merge my accounts into one which broke it. I now can't login to my CVS account or make a new account. They just tell me to call tech support but tech support can't do anything because I don't have acce... read more
