Julie at the pharmacy was such a pleasure today that I had to take a moment to write a review. I never get experiences like this at pharmacies these days, especially with how busy everyone is and in no mood to deal with customers. She took the extra time to look things up for me, add things, change things and went the extra mile to add coupons and GoodRx codes and transfer the prescription altogether and was so kind during the entire process. Always delayed on prescriptions, can never speak to someone and have to leave a message, get told you will get a call back and then hours go by and you have to call back in. They are so fast to remind you about a prescription refill but then can't fill it because they need to order it. Even on the most common of medicines. The people are generally nice once you can finally talk to someone but then do not have a sense of any urgency and act like if they loose a customer it doesn't matter.
