Always delayed on prescriptions, can never speak to someone and have to leave a message, get told you will get a call back and then hours go by and you have to call back in. They are so fast to remind you about a prescription refill but then can't fill it because they need to order it. Even on the most common of medicines. The people are generally nice once you can finally talk to someone but then do not have a sense of any urgency and act like if they loose a customer it doesn't matter. This place is horrible. No communication if there is an issue filling scripts, they somehow created a new identity for me an placed some of my recurring scripts in there so I wouldn't have access, several times we were supposed to have prescriptions ready and two days later they were still not filled. I'm going to Walgreens
