I was just killing time browsing at CVS and picked up a box of LEGO thinking it might be on sale. The cashier, Michael, went above and beyond — he proactively looked for coupons for me, and when none applied, he even went to grab a few other LEGO sets to help me compare prices. I’ve honestly never had such a thoughtful and patient checkout experience at CVS before. Even though the final price was still higher than the official LEGO website, Michael’s kindness and effort really made my day. CVS is lucky to have him!

I'm a recent transfer from Rite Aid, which closed a few months ago. I had my first direct experience with a pharmacist, who was fantastic - very friendly and kind. The staff are always helpful too. The only downside is that sometimes there's a line, particularly when there's just one person checking people out. But we'll be staying with CVS, I'm happy with the experience
Gentleman at checkout came from nowhere and saw me waiting for my change and grabbed a bag and helped me put things in. He is awfully nice not sure of his name but elderly with glasses each time I am in the store he is always welcoming and friendly
Lied about a vaccine availability over the phone. Suggested a walk-in to get the vaccine, turned out they didn’t have it. Avoid
