Today I interacted with Jared twice, once when off the top of his head he instantaneously told me the exact aisle and shelf where I could find the item I was looking for. The second time was at checkout when he rang me up and just as quickly was able to scan all the relevant coupons from a prior receipt of mine in order to get me the best net price.
Very good experience today. I dropped by to see whether my Rx was something they had in stock, and if not, whether they could direct me to a different CVS. They did have it in stock and offered to expedite the process if I did not mind waiting a short time. Since I was prepared to drive to a further away CVS I was more than happy to wait for what turned out to be less than 10 minutes.
Team is extremely unhelpful and incapable of communicating. Regardless of the problems raised, response is dismissive and not solution oriented.
Operations at this location is extremely poor. There’s not a single thing they do correctly. I’d have different amount on my medication cost depending on whether they happen to have factored in insurance or not. This is entirely unreliable. I’d call to get medication refilled and they would ask me to come in after twenty minutes only to be told no order was placed. Horrible people who don't care about customers. I've dealt with this location unfortunately out of necessity for years, and their lack of empathy and attentiveness to people is consistent. They don't answer your calls, and when in person - avoids answering your questions. Most recently I was sent in a runaround getting prescription transferred to their location.
