probably the worst goddamn pharmacy I’ve ever encountered. I’m a doctor and I’ve tried calling in a prescription for a sick patient . I left voicemail after voicemail and never get a call back. The people who work here are completely uncountable and really don’t give a shit.
As awful as every other CVS in LA. Pharmacists are inattentive and unhelpful. Will live you waiting for 20min just to tell you they dont have your meds. Truly, truly awful.
This location never answers their voicemails. I've had an ongoing issue with my CVS account where I am unable to check RX status online - they used to be GREAT with answering voicemails in an hour or less, but now it's almost like they've told their staff to stop altogether, that they're special and they just can't be bothered with it. This is the only CVS where I've ever experienced this issue. Truly a disappointment.
Love the pharmacy and CVS! It will be my primary pharmacy to fill my prescriptions and the only CVS I will shop at from now on!
