Always some kind of issue with your perscription. Will be out of stock, forget, or some other reason and not even tell you. They will just assume that you will recognize they are incompetent and try another pharmacy.
I'm very happy with this pharmacy, despite any time lags. It's easy to forget that places like Rite Aid are gone and another nearby chain has closed several locations, so that leaves CVS in a position to fulfill *a higher level of prescriptions* in this concentrated area. I never sense a lack of care or concern from Dr Mulu and her staff, in fact, Sierra took the time to get my new prescription reduced by 66% today. The worst pharmacy in Salisbury. Always a line, claim to never have your perscription even though it was shown as sent by the doctor, always some insurance problem, never ready when you arrive even a day later from the script being aubmitted. People behind the counter are clueless, walk way from the counter, no where to be found. Only one guy working the counter. THE WORST PHARMACY IN SALISBURY.
Extremely rude staff. They absolutely do not care about the customer. Very slow at filling prescriptions. Sometimes not even on the same day. Their attitudes are so unprofessional. This is not a one time occurrence, it is every single time I go in for the past year which is why I am now writing this review. I will no longer be going to them for any of our family needs.
