WORST customer service by far! Absolutely will be switching pharmacies. I’ve had issues with them before, but today did me in. I had prescriptions called in at 9:30 AM, I call at 1:30 PM to see if they are ready and was told they just started working on them. I let him know I have new insurance and could I do that with him now and he said no, it could be done when I pick them up. They gave me wrong prescription, so I went back up there and told them what my prescription was and they asked if I wanted to fill it . I said no not yet and asked for a refund on the wrong one I paid for and was told no refunds when it leaves store! So I left,and then get a text saying my prescription was ready after we discussed not filling it yet!!!
The cashiers are nice, get med quick. Clean store. Have gotten coupons. Wonderful. God bless them.
It takes 5 minutes to fill a prescription, yet CVS takes over an hour. They never have it ready in the time they say. I’ve never had a prescription that the doctors office called in before I left the office not ready when I got there, until we switched to this CVS. The people are very nice, but you could apply for a mortgage and get approved in the time it takes to fill a prescription. I worked at a pharmacy while I was in college, this service would never be acceptable there. And we seemed just as busy.
Never ever have your prescription ready no matter what time you drop off and what time you pick up. Then they have the nerve to "shout" "you can't sit in the drive through lane waiting on your medicine". I said "I'll move if someone comes behind me", "no ma'am, you aren't allowed its policy". I said "where do I go since you need another 10 minutes for prescription preparation" she said "parking lot". ????. I think I should just keep driving around to the window asking for the medicine.
Still sitting at the drive thru pick up window for 11 min now without a soul in sight. This is every single time I visit. I believe this is the last visit...I don't have time for this.
