Earlier today I went to CVS after my wife's oral surgery to get some gauze's, I asked one the pharmacist for advice on what to get for this situation and the pharmacist advised that I should get the "No stick" gauze box. Purchased the box and went home and found out that I got the wrong type of gauze that didn't work, so I went back to the store do an exchange. The first guy said go ahead and get something else. The customer service in the Las Colinas CVS is terrible. I have been coming to CVS for years. I here from Indianapolis in February. I knowest the poor service on my first visit. It has not changed. There is no sense of urgency to help anyone. The drive thru is terrible. Today there were 4 cars in line. When I finally got up to the window, there was no one in sight! You would think the clerk would be there waiting for me. I sat there for a couple of minutes and finally someone walked slowly to the window to help me. CVS, you ... read more

The Doctor was awesome!!! She was very professional
Had the worst experience with the pharmacy. Brian Scott is a terrible pharmacist! Extremely unethical and unprofessional. Already filed a complaint with corporate cvs and they tried to sweep it under the rug. Will definitely be filing a complaint at a higher level!
Walked in.... Was seen immediately... Robert took his time with me and explained everything to my satisfaction. I received better treatment than I get from my primary care doctor.... I highly recommend Minute Clinic.
Worst CVS.... The pharmacy is HORRIBLE.... Husband came to pick up prescription and after 30 minutes, still wasn't ready.... I came about 30 minutes to an hour after he left and IT IS STILL NOT FILLED!!! We will NOT this CVS again!
