I went to pick up a scrip, 5th person in line. Got up to the counter and was told that because I had a new insurance I needed to go to the drop off counter. 4th person in line, when I got up to the counter they took my info and told me that I needed to get back in the pick up line because a new label needed to be printed. 5th person in line again. Got up to the counter got my scrip, 45 minutes!!!!!!! CVS needs a new process. I won't be back!

This place sucks! Never getting Scription filled here again !
My daughter has been taking a medication for over 3 months; I called to refill it and now all of a sudden it's a maintenance medication that needs to be filled through our insurance company's mail-in pharmacy?!? And it's my responsibility to call the pharmacy to obtain an override for a week emergency supply!!! WTH?!? CVS has gone way down hill & I'm happy to take my business elsewhere!!!
I went there this morning to pick up prescriptions for myself and my son I had called the day before to say I was not taking a specific medication. I did not check at 4:30 am when picking them up to make sure I didn't get that script, but i did end up getting , but when I called about it they gave me a hard time after all said and done they said they would refund my cost but after I was told that, the girl hung up on me .
